Welcome to the online home of fitness with Certified Personal Trainer, Joe Wiles. I am able to take any person, wherever their fitness and health level, and knowledgeably challenge them, encourage them, work side-by-side with them and help advance them to the next level. Whether it's personal one on one training, training in small groups or in one of my Boot Camp classes, everyone is assured of a workout designed to meet their specific goals and abilities. I understand that exercise is only one part of fitness and will help you design a nutritional plan as well. The most important thing you'll find is that training sessions will always be fun and you will always be pushed and motivated to give your maximal effort.
