Personal Training Small Group Training BootCamp
individual Training - One on one personal training. We'll work together to develop an individualized fitness program specific to your goals. Training can take place in my training facility in Marlboro, NY or at Crunch Fitness in Poughkeepsie, NY. Sessions are one hour or a half hour in length.
small group Training - Don't want to train alone? Bring a friend! Add friends to your personal training session and reduce the cost per person. Small Group classes are limited to a maximum of 4 people and can take place at Wiles Fitness or in your home.
bootcamp - Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat outside the gym. BootCamp classes will primarily be held outdoors and locations may vary. There is a maximum of 30 people for BootCamp classes. CLICK HERE to reserve your spot!
