individual Training - One on one personal training. We'll work together to develop an individualized fitness program specific to your goals. Training will take place in the Wiles Fitness personal training studio. All sessions are one hour in length.
small group Training - Don't want to train alone? Bring a friend! Add friends to your personal training session for $10 each additional person. Small Group classes are limited to a maximum of 4 people.
bootcamp - Get back to basics with a fitness boot camp class. These group sessions, which focus on military-style exercises and functional movements like push-ups, squats, sprints, and sit-ups, provide a killer workout and a chance to sweat outside the gym. BootCamp classes will primarily be held outdoors and locations will vary. There is no maximum to the size of BootCamp classes.
